Flem Whitt is the Founder and First President of the Roxboro Jaycees. Mr. Whitt passed away in 2002. The Roxboro Jaycees were founded in 1955. The family of Flem Whitt started the Flem Whitt Scholarship in memory of Mr. Whitt. Proceeds from the Flem Whitt Fest go to this scholarship.

There will be no outside food or drink allowed to be brought inside the gate. There will be concessions at the location. Tickets will be $25 Cash at the Gate – Adult Beverages from Budweiser are INCLUDED in the price of the ticket.
